ELODIE
Elodie Jouannel was born and bred in the Bordeaux region, just minutes from the magnificent vineyards of Saint Emilion, and is as much a product of the area's unique terroir as the local wines are.
Elodie's grandfather spent his entire life in the wine and food business, her brother manages a chateau, and her cousin is a wine merchant. After living in the U.S. and Central America for over a decade and working in the gourmet food business for companies like Les Trois Petits Cochons (The Three Little Pigs), Elodie is thrilled to be returning to her roots, and to the beauty and grace of Bordeaux.
Bordeaux with Elodie affords Elodie the opportunity to share her passion for Bordeaux with wine and culinary enthusiasts from around the world. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, well acquainted with global cultures, and with a deep personal connection to the local community, Elodie is the ideal guide for your stay in Bordeaux. Her unpretentious style puts everyone at ease, from the most experienced wine aficionado to the first-time traveler.
LAURA
Born and raised in Pessac Leognan, one of the oldest appellation of the Bordeaux region, Laura has been immersed in the world of wine since her younger age.

Laura always knew she wanted to be surrounded with travelers, good wine and good food! Indeed, after studying English and Spanish at University she opted for a License in tourism followed with a License in Wine tourism!
During several years Laura worked in prestigious vineyards of Bordeaux learning everything about winemaking and winetourism...
until she met Elodie!
At the beginning of 2015 Laura joined "Bordeaux with Elodie" and has been doing a terrific job ever since.
With her great personality, her deep knowledge, her passion and commitment, you won't want your tour to ever end! ;)
Laura is also now working with Elodie helping to create your private tour(s) so even if Laura is not your guide you'll probably exchange with her at some point!
EMILIE
Originally from the north of France, Emilie lived in Paris for many years.
After graduating with a degree in tourism & hospitality, Emilie decides to realize her dream: traveling the world and discovering new cultures!

After a year spent in Australia, Emilie comes back to France and decides to follow her love for culture and history; she studies to become a licensed international English-Spanish speaking guide. Emilie discovered at that point what she was meant to do in life: Guiding and sharing her passions...with the best care possible.
Emilie spent years working in the world of luxury, hospitality and tourism (including 8 years as a commercial agent for Air France) until she decided to move to Bordeaux to go back to one of her first love: red wine!
Emilie will know how to show you the best of Bordeaux with much love and sensibility, passion and emotion...

MARINA
Marina was born around Lyon, the capital of French gastronomy, and grew up surrounded by vineyards.
The Bordeaux region has always been familiar to her because her family owns a holiday home on the coast close to the famous sand dune ! She knew with her various trips to the area that she will come and live there one day.
She studied business law for several years before realizing that she was not planning to work in a formal environment behind a desk.
This was the perfect occasion to switch career plans and come closer to her favorite city in the world: Bordeaux of course!
Marina started a Master in wine marketing and interned in a winery in Saint-Emilion: the love story had begun!
After working in several wineries in many other prestigious Bordeaux appellations such as Sauternes or Pomerol, she met Elodie... she's now living the dream and is excited to share her passion with our lovely guests... cheers!
JEREMY
Last but not least: a man!! What!?!?
Yes, we did it: we accepted a boy in our circle of passionate women wine guides... You are going to ask us: "but why??????"
Well, because he is truly special...

​Born and raised in Bordeaux from an English mother and a French father, Jeremy has the best out of both worlds!
Since his younger age he's been working in some of Bordeaux' fanciest estates and developed a strong passion for wine making.
After traveling to Ireland to finish his studies, Jeremy worked as a sommelier in the Netherlands, picked grapes in New Zealand to then come back to his hometown, Bordeaux.
Through various jobs in the Bordeaux wine industry Jeremy improved his knowledge and met great people such as Elodie and her team. Bordeaux With Elodie had the perfect job for him involving: meeting great people, sharing his passion for great foods and wines and having fun of course! What else!? A great adventure had begun...
