11.30AM DISCOVER BLACK TRUFFLES
Arrival in Ribérac
Meet with the family of truffle farmers and understand how truffles are cultivated, go on the field, follow the dogs and find some truffles! (you do not get to keep the truffles you found)

12.30PM LUNCH
Tasting or lunch menu -- authentic experience, with the "truffière" owners (they'll cook* & eat with you)
